REFUNDS AND RETURNS

All product sales are final. Please feel free to email us any additional concerns.

 

SHIPPING

We process and ship out all of our orders within 72 hours of payment processing Monday - Friday (excluding any major holidays) A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You should receive your hair within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority after you receive your tracking number. A signature is required for orders. 

 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged you will need to get in contact with USPS to file a claim. Our packages are insured by USPS

 

 

CARD FRAUD

We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud. When you make a purchase you are agreeing to be the authorized user for the card used during checkout. Offenders will be turned over to a collection agency.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

if your order has to be canceled It must be canceled during the processing time. You will not be able to cancel after items have been shipped
